Submit your postcard

Instructions to subit postcards:

1. Download the postcard template you prefer.

2. Write or draw your message on the postcard.

3. Scan the postcard or take a photo of it.

4. Submit the postcard through this Google Form.

5. Submit the postcard.

6. Wait for your postcard to be featured on the Dear Altadena website.

7. Share your postcard with your friends and family.

8. Spread the word about Dear Altadena.
